Recent activity is missing from the TimeStation site

This typically happens if the device is Off-Line. Please make sure your device is connected to the Internet then open the TimeStation Mobile App and wait a few seconds for the "Off-Line" icon to disappear.

Once the Off-Line icon disappears from the TimeStation Mobile App, your data should be available in the TimeStation site.
